The five members of the Civil Service Commission are responsible for establishing the hiring and promotional listings of police personnel for the City.
The Civil Service Commission positions are appointed by the Mayor as described in Milton Municipal Code 2.32. Terms are for six years with one member's term expiring each year.
The Commission meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:15pm. To get involved, complete a Public Service Application.

The Events Committee is tasked with planning and coordinating community events such as the annual Milton Days, Craft Bazaar and Tree Lighting. These events wouldn’t be possible without the members of the Events Committee!!
