Dance Fitness

Join us for Dance Fitness with Danielle, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PMDance Fitness for the Web-7:00 PM, in the Milton Activity Center!

Fitness passes can be purchased for $5 with the City's finance department during our regular business hours (9AM-5PM.) There will be a limited number of tickets available at the door.

Dance Fitness is a fun, upbeat fitness class which incorporates repetitive moves and toning to new and old hit music. Dance Fitness is open to all, no dance experience required!
