Join us for a fun, effective low-impact workout that combines approximately 35 minutes of core-based dance cardio and 25 minutes of targeted strength work designed to build core strength, improve posture and balance, and help prevent injury.
If you have a pair of handheld weights you are encouraged to bring them but they are not required.
Wear what's comfortable for you - fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Supportive cross-trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work.
