With the amount of speeding vehicles on Juniper. The safety of the residents and their pets are in jeopardy of being injured. Not having a designated walk path to keep residents and vehicles seperate...

With the amount of speeding vehicles on Juniper. The safety of the residents and their pets are in jeopardy of being injured. Not having a designated walk path to keep residents and vehicles seperate poses a great safety risk. The posted speed is 25mph. Having a sidewalk on the north side of juniper from 1100-1500 would help the safety of the residents and their animals.

How do we get people to obey posted speed limit signs? Juniper is used as a "short cut" to porter way. The blatant disregard for posted speed is a major safety concern for residents and their animals trying to enjoy the neighborhood for a walk. Reader signs help create awareness of the speeds that are being traveled through the neighborhood. Having a sign both east and west could help lower the speeds of vehicles. I would much rather be proactive instead of waiting for someone to get hurt.

Great way to get kids out of the house and visit various areas of the city to view improvements, fun things to do, view nature, They have to take their own photo with the object, or of the object and send them in to get entered into a prize drawing at Milton Days, Bazaar, or Tree Lighting. Include parks, trails, old public buildings, city staff/officials, newly designed box art, street lights with the City Flags on them, Learn about City History, etc.
